Yes, the site is insured, monitored, fenced, and illuminated. The surface is paved and designed for vehicle access directly to the rented storage unit. The entrance gate is opened with an individual access code. Only the customer has access to the storage unit, which is secured with their own padlock.
Renting is self-service and available 24/7 via our Schowex app or through the website Schowex.pl. The customer selects the location and storage unit size, fills in their details, and pays online. They then receive an individual access code for the entrance gate and an invoice via email. With the Schowex app, each customer can manage and pay for their rental and open the entrance gate directly from their car.
Yes. Each customer can voluntarily purchase insurance for their belongings as well as liability insurance. This is a solution for those who value time, full protection, and the safety of their items. If you already have your own insurance policy, please contact us by phone.
After paying for the rental, the customer receives an email requesting them to sign the agreement. Simply click the “SIGN THE AGREEMENT ONLINE” button. The access code for the entrance gate and the invoice will be sent by email.
Yes, we issue invoices for both individual customers and companies, which we send by email.
In our storage units, customers can store: boxes with documents, clothing, toys, garden furniture, seasonal sports equipment, winter tires, goods and building materials, and tools. You can also store furniture temporarily during a move or home renovation. However, it is prohibited to store explosives, flammable or hazardous materials, chemicals, living organisms, animals, plants, or illegal substances.
Of course, our app allows you to change your storage unit to a smaller or larger one during an ongoing rental.
